Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be refunded to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.

Return Shipping

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
